Product Overview

The MPO to LC Optical Branching Device is designed for high-density fiber infrastructure where high-speed MPO/MTP interfaces need to be broken out into duplex LC connections. It helps operators increase port utilization, simplify fiber management, and support flexible migration between 40G, 100G and 400G optical access scenarios.

The solution supports QSFP+, QSFP28 and QSFP-DD optical module breakout applications. A high-speed MPO interface can be split transparently into multiple lower-rate LC interfaces without active configuration, making it suitable for data centers, metro access, carrier edge sites and equipment rooms.
